Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the product.

How to Return a Product
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by submitting the withdrawal form or contacting us clearly via email. After notifying us, you must return the product within 5 working days.

The product must be returned complete, unused where possible, and in its original packaging.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return notification. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Conditions & Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

• Products that are damaged due to improper use

If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a reduction in value may be charged.
